Huge Shout out to Classy Closets, but especially to my designer Wesley!!! I am very particular and wanted every aspect of my closet to be perfect. From the design, to the material I chose, to the installation. And it is!!! My closet was installed 2 years ago and I still LOVE IT every time I walk in it! The best thing I can say about Wesley, besides helping me create a design that met my wants and needs, is his patience. From the time I initially met with Wesley until the time I actually placed my order and the closet was installed....was a VERY long time, for a variety of reasons. Probably the longest he has taken with any customer ever LOL. But he never made me feel bad about that and I felt like he genuinely wanted me to be happy with my choices, understanding that it is a big investment and something I had wanted to do for a long time. He was always super patient and very accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about Wesley, highly recommend him! And Classy Closets! The only thing I want to mention to perspective buyers is about the clothing rods themselves. I wasn't happy with the standard options, so I paid for upgraded rods. Every time I put a hanger on the rod, it marks up the rod. Very quickly the rods became all marked up. Fortunately it is not something that you pay a lot of attention to because with all the clothes hanging, you are not really focused on the rods. But I'm not sure I would not recommend paying the extra cost for the upgraded rods...unless perhaps Classy has come out with a better rod in the past 2 years...possible! But this would never keep me from buying a Classy Closet! Still extremely happy and highly recommend Wesley to make your closet dreams come true!
